Suzanne McIntosh is a Hospitality Executive Recruiter and President of McIntosh Human Capital Management, a Hospitality Executive Search Company. Suzanne has been a leading hospitality sales and marketing executive throughout her career. She has extensive career experience with prestigious hotel brands including Four Seasons, Fairmont, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Morgans Hotel Group.
Suzanne McIntosh started her hospitality career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, after graduating from Ryerson University's School of Hospitality Administration in Toronto. She started her hospitality career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and was promoted through progressive senior sales and marketing leadership roles in New York City, Toronto, Southern California and Washington, D.C.
Suzanne was Director of Sales & Marketing at the world famous Watergate Hotel in Washington, D.C. This position included marketing Jean-Louis Pallidan, the Michelin Star Chef in residence at The Watergate. She went on to become Director of Sales & Marketing for Millennium Broadway in New York City, re-branding this 500 room property and opening the adjacent 125 room Premier. The Millennium Broadway included a 100,000 square foot Conference Center and Hudson Theatre. She was promoted to Vice President of Marketing Communications for the fourteen re-branded Millennium Hotels in North America for the Singaporean-based Millennium & Copthorne Hotel Group.
Suzanne was Director of Marketing at The Carlyle, a Rosewood Hotel in New York City. The position included managing multiple public relations agencies to oversee the world famous outlets including Cafe Carlyle and Bemelman's Bar.
Prior to segueing her sales and marketing career into Hospitality Recruitment and subsequently forming her own Hospitality Executive Search firm, Suzanne was Corporate Director of Sales for Morgans Hotel Group, leading a team of fourteen hotels and the Global Sales organization in the United States and London. During her tenure, new properties were opened in Boston, Las Vegas, Miami and New York.
