Suzanne McIntosh has had an extensive hospitality career which has equipped her to understand her client needs, quickly finding qualified candidates and ensuring a great fit for hospitality teams.
Suzanne has been leading and directing successful sales teams throughout her career with prestigious hotel brands including; Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Rosewood Hotels and Morgans Hotel Group. She had deep industry contacts and her ability to source candidates is the result of working throughout the US and Canada.
Prior to forming McIntosh Human Capital Management, a Hospitality Executive Search firm, ten years ago, most recently Suzanne was Corporate Director of Sales for Morgans Hotel Group, leading a team of 14 hotels in the United States and London.
After graduating from Ryerson University's School of Hospitality Administration in Toronto, Suzanne started her hospitality career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. She worked with Four Seasons in senior sales and marketing leadership roles in New York City, Toronto, Southern California & Washington, D.C.
Suzanne was Director of Sales & Marketing at the world famous Watergate Hotel in Washington, D.C, before returning to New York to become Director of Sales & Marketing for Millennium Broadway.
For several years, Suzanne had her own Sales and Marketing Consulting Firm, working with new developments throughout the US, South America and the Middle East. She then returned to Millennium Hotels as Vice President of Marketing Communications to rebrand the 14 Millennium Hotels in North America.
Suzanne was Director of Marketing at The Carlyle in New York City. This position oversaw the direct sales efforts and public relations efforts for this unique landmark property.
